IZA World of Labor articles on minimum wage featured in The Economist

IZA World of Labor articles by David Neumark and Joseph Sabia have been featured in a Buttonwood Notebook piece for The Economist. The piece—Employment down, productivity up?—addresses the economic debate surrounding the employment effects of minimum wages.

The journalist writes of "the very useful IZA World of Labor's website" in the second paragraph, and concludes that "It would be nice to think that a higher minimum wage had very positive macroeconomic effects but the evidence to date isn't encouraging."
