February 15, 2018 - February 16, 2018

The 2018 Henderson Conference commemorates the 50th anniversary of Professor Ronald Henderson's pivotal work on poverty in Australia. How has our social security system changed since then?

The conference, hosted at the University of Melbourne, will explore how Australia’s welfare system can better respond to poverty and inequality.

Held over two days on the 15th and 16th of February, the conference is a collaboration between The University of Melbourne, the Melbourne Institute and the Brotherhood of St Laurence.
