4th IZA Workshop on Gender and Family Economics: "Women in Leadership"
September 17, 2021 - September 18, 2021
The 4th Annual Workshop on Gender and Family Economics is centered around the theme of this year’s UN International Women’s Day, "Women in Leadership". Papers will be on the following themes:

  • Gender quotas and boards;
  • The importance of networks;
  • Social institutions and leadership;
  • Women in Politics.
For further details, see the program.

The workshop will be held online, and will combine usual paper presentations and discussions with a new format in which papers of junior researchers are discussed in small groups.

The workshop will enable participants to engage in discussion of, and receive valuable feedback on, pressing issues in research and policy around this year’s theme.
