    The 8th IZA/ECONtribute Workshop on the Economics of Education will convene international scholars focusing on the development of skills within both formal and informal educational contexts and their valuation in the labor market. The conference will feature a select group of presenters, alongside a poster session for local researchers from the host institutions. Presentations and the keynote speech will be accessible via Zoom to an external audience.

The Institute for Labour Law and Industrial Relations in the European Union (IAAEU) and the Chair of Personnel Economics at Trier University invite you to the 14th Workshop on Labour Economics, taking place entirely online on 7–8 April 2022.

The workshop provides a forum that allows scientists to network while fostering the exchange of research ideas and results.

Both theoretical and empirically oriented submissions are welcome. Contributions from a range of topics and perspectives are welcome, including but not restricted to: Labour and personnel economics, human resources, well-being, migration, inequality, and the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Notification of acceptance for presentation will be sent by 25 February 2022. If accepted, full papers must be submitted by 18 March 2022. There are no participation fees.
